Belt feeder working principle
The material in the silo enters the guide through the connecting section and falls on the steel wire tape. When the tape is stationary, the material finally stops moving by the internal friction force, and forms a static accumulation at a certain angle at the discharge port; when the driving roller is driven by the external power When the rotation starts, the tape is moved, and the tape guides the material on the material to the discharge port. The running tape is turned back to the return after the discharge port is discharged, and the material is continuously discharged from the discharge port to complete the feeding process.
The sealing device provides sealing for the material leaking from the gap between the guiding trough and the tape; changing the feeding amount, the output shaft speed can be changed by adjusting the speed regulating hand wheel of the jib planetary friction type continuously variable transmission, and the tape running is changed. The speed (high and low), thus changing the feed amount; changing the feed amount, you can also change the feed amount by changing the motor speed by selecting the inverter. In the belt feeder operation, the main load of the system is supported by the rolling bearing, the running resistance is small, the driving power required by the equipment is small, and the working life of each component of the system is long.
